Night Skiing & Snowboarding. 15 of the 21 slopes are lighted and are open from 6:00pm to 10:00pm nightly. This allows skiing and riding on up to 100 of the 125 total skiable acres.

Nastar Races. NASTAR is a public racing program that provides recreational racers with an opportunity to compare their ability to the fastest member of the US Ski Team.

Snowshoe Guided Tours. A great way to stay fit during the winter months! Snowshoe tours are offered every Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday during the ski season and tours are given on demand for groups of four to fifteen. The program includes a one-hour tour and snowshoes.

Tubing. It’s great fun for the whole family. The multi-lane tubing park effortlessly whisks you downhill while an easy-access Magic Carpet lift conveniently takes you back up.

Ice Skating. Our 10,000 square foot refrigerated outdoor ice skating rink offers six daily skate sessions.

Sugar Mountain Sports Shop. For all your winter shopping needs visit the Sugar Mountain Sports Shop, located in the Base Lodge on the first floor directly across from the information booth.

Adult Snowsports School. The Sugar Mountain Snowsports School is a Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) and an American
Association of Snowboard Instructors (AASI) certified member school.

Children’s Snowsports School. Sugar Bear Ski and Polar Bear Snowboard schools teach skiing to children ages 5-10 and snowboarding
to children ages 7-14.

Extra Fun With Sugar Bear. At various times throughout the season, kids will enjoy bumping into Sugar Mountain Resort’s mascots, Sugar
Bear & Sweetie Bear. They can be seen wandering throughout the lodge or on the slopes making turns on their snowboard or skis. Another fun treat for the kids is a visit from Santa during the holiday season.
