The Municipal Tax Collector is appointed by the Village Council according to G.S. 105-349 or 105-395(c) to perform the duties required by law and as the Board may direct to collect each year’s taxes to the best of her ability.
The TDA Coordinator acts as a liaison between the TDA and the Village and does all secretarial duties required by the TDA Board.
