The Village Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 18,2025 at 4:00 pm to hear public comments on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance. The Amendment will require a building permit be approved by Avery County before any land distrubng activitiy can take placen on a lot.
The Board of Adjustment wll hear a variance request for setback requiemetns on lot 149 Derby Lane Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 10:00am.
