2026-2027 BUDGET
The Village Council for the Village of Sugar Mountain has scheduled a Public Hearing to hear public comments on the proposed 2026-2027 Fiscal Year Budget for Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Village Hall located at 251 Dick Trundy Lane beginning at 4:00 p.m. You may obtain a copy of the proposed 2026-2027 Budget by contacting the Village Clerk at the Village Hall (828)898-9292 or clerk.zoning@seesugar.com. Public is encouraged to attend and comments will be heard.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Sugar Mountain Golf Course Stream Repair Project
The Village of Sugar Mountain is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to perform Hurricane Helene repairs to the Sugar Mountain Golf Course streams. The purpose of this project is to repair Sugar Mountain Golf Course streams to their pre-disaster condition.
A mandatory site visit will be held on June 25, 2026 at 10:00 am EDT at 251 Dick Trundy Lane, Sugar Mountain. Contractors will have the opportunity to inspect the site and ask questions.
Interested parties must submit their Proposals using the forms and process outlined in the complete Request for Proposals no later than Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 3:00 pm EDT.
